This shop works exclusively in silver and we have to say that we’ve rarely found such creativity when it comes to creating customized pieces.
We saw a husband make a beautiful bracelet for his wife here and while this is a little more expensive than making a ring, it was very much owrht it.
He modelled the piece in brass first and then cast it in silver and it turned out beautifully.
We couldn’t believe that this was his first time practising the craft of silver smithing. The instructors were incredible.

We couldn’t believe how elegant the rings turned out to be at this workshop, our friends said that they felt that even though they’d had a lot of fun – they’d learned some real skills for life too.
We’re sure they meant it because every time that we see them now, they’re wearing the rings that they made a month ago and their jewelry looks amazing still.
They will run workshops here even if only one person turns up, which means you can get some personalized tuition if you’re lucky.

This is a great place to create a unique piece but we do have to note that the instructors didn’t have quite the same level of English skills as some of the instructors at other workshops.
We also found that there was a lack of AC in the studio and while they had plenty of fans on during the crafting process, there’s no doubt that it was a bit hotter while we worked than we’d have liked.
However, we did learn to use a variety of tools that we hadn’t come across in previous workshops and the jewelry we made turned out very nicely.

Not only can you craft your own jewellery creations at this excellent workshop but the staff will be happy to polish and clean up any of the jewelry you bring with you while you work.
The instructor, Danny is very friendly but also extremely professional and he’s happy to step in and help if you feel that you’re not making the progress you want because of the complexity of your design.

This workshop is fun for all the family and even kids and their friends can craft a ring at Bali Turtle and they can do so safely.
The staff here are very kind and patient and will ensure that everyone gets the outcome that they want with the minimum of fuss.
